Hall Equities Group’s latest venture into the world of sports continues to progress as we look to start construction on Phase II of the Shadelands SportsMall in the coming months. Phase II of the project will result in redevelopment of the remainder of the property. Additional build out will add another 175,000 square feet for indoor sports training tenants, a quick-service cafe, and a 37,005 square foot skilled nursing facility for post-acute care.
The SportsMall will be home to local athletic programs including soccer, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, baseball, volleyball, yoga, martial arts, strength and conditioning, cognitive training, and speed and agility training. Phased opening of the Shadelands SportsMall is anticipated to start in Fall 2018.

Club “Vibe” was established in 2005 with a group of enthusiastic 15-year-old players, a passionate coach, and a gym. In both the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, three teams in the 16’s and 17’s age group were created much the same way. We had a blast, played some great volleyball, and wished the season didn’t fly by so fast. In 2009-2010, we obtained use of the Athenian gym and grew to 11 teams; and in 2011, 16 teams. Vibe now runs teams in four primary gym locations and a few more minor gyms as required throughout the Orinda/Walnut Creek/San Ramon triangle.
